icated advancement

When you go to a dealership today, most of them have a sales department that is dedicated to making you a purchase. That means there is a person there to listen, help you decide and ultimately make you a satisfied customer. You are not likely to hear anyNegotiating, which means the dealer is satisfied and plans to take your money. Quite simply, that means he or she is trying to make the best deal from the car they have in stock. If the dealer can’t reach that goal, then your next hand is likely the Dealership or someone like it.

emphasize service

Most dealerships use some form of ’emphasize service’ when referring to their services to the customer. The idea is when you visit the dealership, you get all of the ‘service’ you are looking for and from there, if it needs repair, you would hope that the dealer would fix it for you at a lower cost than repairing it yourself. Emphasize service in your car shopping and it will seem like the dealer is doing you wrong.

cool headed sales staff

Most dealers today, for sure have great sales staff. But they could be a little overzealous with their attempts to get you into purchasing a vehicle. Or not presenting enough of a offer if you spend more time going on and leaving than actually taking the time to sit down with you and explore the vehicle itself. Good dealers work hard to get referrals and sell cars. If your sales staff is cool headed and focused on doing business with you, that is great. However, without a great showroom or talking with you, they could be annoying. Again, this is a form of ‘ EMS – Evaluable Messengers’.

They come bearing gifts

On the other hand, if the service is disappointing or the staff is not motivated or skilled at selling cars, then this could be a sign of a festering problem. It could also mean that the dealership itself is stinky. Remember, any stinky lot is bad.

They don’t ‘achieve great’

If it is so bad that you don’t want to do business with them, then that usually means they are not interested either. They could be working on other things like new inventory or planning for the future. If they are not interested in you, then slow down. You should give them such a great deal in the first place. If they want to sell you a car and they think they can get away with it underhanded, then slow down.

Keep it separate

They say that one man’s trash is another man’s treasure. In many ways that is true. Your used car lot and all the used cars are the dealership’s junk. They are there to sell a vehicle to make a buck and that is the reality of the situation. They don’t care about you and they don’t give you the service you deserve. Isn’t that the reality of running any business?

In most cases, people are honest , but some are not.
